Strategy 5 believes that the best master plans are those based on economic and market realities, and a talented and creative approach to land use and development. We bring these principles to the table when we lead multi-disciplinary teams that include urban planning and landscape architecture firms, transportation and environmental engineering firms, architectural design firms, consulting historians and others.
In preparing a master plan we employ a process that looks at every perspective of development potential and the “highest and best use” of a site, while often incorporating public amenities such as parks, open space, cultural attractions, water features, and recreational facilities to create a true sense of place.
